AluCell Aluminum Fuel Cells, a lightweight and affordable fuel cell combined with the Nuke Performance drop-in surge tank, the CFC Unit.
This product offers an affordable solution for those who do not require FIA approval for professional racing, but still want all the benefits from the Nuke Performance CFC Unit. The drop-in fuel pump hanger with integrated surge tank provides this functionality featuring:

 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 liter aluminum fuel cell

The Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells are suitable for carburetor-based fuel systems and with the integrated CFC Unit from Nuke Performance. They eliminate the need for an external surge tank which would otherwise be needed when running a fuel cell, making it a perfect alternative for fuel-injected systems. The AluCells are made of the highest quality aluminum for use with all types of fuels and are approved for petrol, methanol, and ethanol.

The AluCell aluminum fuel cells come delivered with the Nuke Performance CFC Unit as a fill plate replacement. The unique CFC Unit from Nuke Performance is the perfect solution for a simplified high-performance fuel system where simplicity and durability are of the utmost importance. This setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all the needed fuel pumps mounted within the fuel cell itself, this is the only thing you need. This frees up space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel line fittings are necessary and no external fuel pumps are used.

Internal high-pressure fuel pumps, for any need between 200 - 2000hp
The AluCell is delivered with the unique Nuke Performance CFC Unit with an integrated Fuel Surge Tank function and fits a single or dual high-pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive, and many more. It fits all common 39mm fuel pumps as well as the larger Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. This solution is ready to deliver steady fuel flow for demands anywhere between 200-2000 horsepower without fuel starvation, even during demanding driving conditions, thanks to the internal surge tank.

The CFC Unit fits the most common fuel pumps. Together with the Nuke Performance fuel pump mounting kits, it has never been this easy to set up a high-performance fuel system.

How to mount fuel pumps within the AluCell fuel cell and surge tank?
The single fuel pump mounted in the fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that ensures that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2 liter (0.53 gallons) surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine. The CFC Unit is delivered with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your selection, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump brackets.

The Nuke Performance CFC Unit - Low profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, is now equipped with ORB threads instead of the UNF threads they used in the beginning. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB return port let you choose from various available ORB fittings. The use of the oversized, high-flow AN-10 ORB outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into one single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses, and fittings. The included rollover-protected vent fitting is of AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be swapped for AN-6 to AN-10 when needed. Outlet and return AN-6, AN-8, AN-10, and AN-12 fittings are sold separately as accessories.

NEW : The Fuel Cell Vent Kit AN-6 fits straight to the vent valve of the CFC Unit for easy installation
The CFC Unit is equipped with a roll-over protected AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-6 Male vent fitting, and the easiest way to route the vent line into a safe and functional position is to accommodate a fuel cell vent kit from Nuke Performance. Available in several sizes, from AN-6 to AN-12, you can choose the kit that suits your needs the best. If you want to use a larger vent line than AN-6, you also need to swap the fitting on the vent valve, . The vent kit is delivered with a 1m (3.3ft) nitrile fuel hose and a universal air filter that prevents debris to get into your fuel system.

Aluminum lightweight 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 liter fuel cell with integrated brackets
To enable the highest possible quality, the AluCells are made out of two pieces of aluminum and are automatically welded by a 5-axis welding robot. Each one is individually pressure tested before surface treatment to ensure maximal functionality and CE marking requirements specifications. With the use of high corrosion resistance aluminum (5083 H111), it does not need any internal anodizing or powder coating that gets affected by alcoholic fuels such as ethanol. This prevents damage to your injectors and filters when the coating dissolves. Some color shading can occur on the inside of the fuel cell over time, especially when in use with alcoholic fuels, but this does not infect its functionality. Choose between the 20-liter (5.28 gallons), 40-liter (10.56 gallons), 60-liter (15.85 gallons), and 80-liter (21.13 gallons) versions.
